MASTER BS-DS-WA Master Series
Overview
The system is equipped with a first station for applying a label on the bottom of jars for creams with thermal transfer printing of the production lot number and other variable data. Subsequently, an orbital aligner device guarantees correct alignment of bottles with an elliptical base. Two LABELX labeling units provide for the application of front and back labels on bottles with a quadrangular or elliptical base. One of these units is fixed on a mechanical slide which allows it to be moved towards the dynamic rotation device which allows the application of a wrap-around label on cylindrical-shaped jars. This labeling unit is also equipped with a thermal transfer encoder for variable data printing. The system is equipped with controls for the successful application of labels and an automatic ejector. System control is entrusted to a PLC with touch screen operator panel equipped with access for remote assistance management. Ind. 4.0 Ready

MASTER TT Master Series
Overview
This innovative solution is designed for labeling empty cosmetic tubes. The tube is fed either manually or automatically and is conveyed to the main carousel where a series of spindles receive the tube and convey it onto the various stations. Application of labels is controlled by both LABELX 140 ES and a product rotation system with possible automatic orientation of the label position in respect to the cap opening. The main frame is made in stainless steel with the balcony configuration and the control box position on the back side of the system and safety protection in policarbonate. The labelling system is managed by a PLC with Touch Screen operator panel.

MASTER WR Master Series
Overview
This is an automatic labeling system designed for label application onto syringes, small cylindrical vials and unstable cylindrical products. The system could be endowed with a double conveyor that allow a fast production change over without any mechanical changes. MASTER WR is made onto the classic “balcony” structure including the total safety protection. The labelling systems can be equipped with camera vision control and automatic ejector.
