The Challenge
The Customer has range of products with different viscosity starting from liquid to creamy products with foamy ingredients and required solution for different filling size in a single system with high accuracy and foam control mechanism.
The Solution
OPTIMA was contacted by the customer and explained their application. We took on the challenge and supplied our single head fully automatic filling system with built in ramp feature which helps to control the foam. A completely modular system which acts as feeding, filling, and collection, all in one. The system was designed and manufactured in Germany. A system easy to use and easy to clean.
