Gravity Liquid Filling Machine

R4B Series Gravity Liquid Filler made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for filling food liquids such as WINE, OIL, BEER, DISTILLATES. It is equipped with adjustable and fully removable filling heads for a complete and quick sanitization. Special filling heads for bottles with opening up to 60mm and neck height 120mm are available on request. The machine is available both in the low desk version with 4 adjustable feet and in the high version with four wheels. Level adjustment float available both in the mechanical version, made entirely of stainless steel, and in the electronic version, with control panel for external pump control. Stainless steel valves are supplied as standard on all models, height-adjustable bottle holder, filter installation predisposition (only on the models in the high version), level indicator. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a filling pump (ENOS 20 model in stainless steel / EURO 20 model with rubber impeller), and a 20×20 carton filter on a stainless steel frame.

Nitrogen saturation valve available inside the bottle before filling. Easy to use, it only requires connection with a nitrogen container. Adaptable on any container.

It is equipped with heads fully adjustable and removable for fast and thorough cleaning. On the demand the filling heads are available for bottle opening diameter 60mm and height level 120mm. The machine is available in trolley version with four wheels. Level sensor available in mechanical version, made entirely in stainless steel, both in the electronic version, including a control panel to control external pump. All models are supplied with stainless steel valves, bottle height adjustable supports, level marker, provision for filter installation (only on models in the high version). On request it is possible to equip the machine with filling pump (model Enos 20 in stainless steel/ EURO 20 with rubber impeller) and filter boxes of 20×20 steel frame.
