The new CLM8 intelligent junction boxes series, provided with 8 INDIPENDENT READING CHANNELS for load cells, allow to have same benefits and performance of an advanced digital weighing system even using analog load cells.

Among the most innovative features:

  • LCD display and four-key keypad.
  • Diagnostic functions of the current load distribution on each active channel with archive backups: storing, retrieving, printing.
  • Digital equalization:  the instrument allows to equalize the connected load cells response in a fast and reliable over time avoiding use of junction boxes with trimmer.
  • Significant events archive (zeroing, calibration, equalization, alarms): storing, retrieving, printing.
  • Automatic diagnostics: Detailed diagnostics of each load cell (max 8). Instant anomalies report (also on the connected series W indicator display).

IP68 Stainless Steel Weighing Indicators With Graphic Display

Laumas expands its range of weighing indicators suitable for harsh environment in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and tanning industries and in general for heavy uses. The WINOX range is now available in the versions with graphic display and large graphic display in IP68 Stainless Steel. The new versions are extremely user-friendly since they are provided with synoptic graphic able to indicate the state of the system and multilingual software.
The range includes standard evolved piece-counting function software, weight totalizing and statistical checking of pre-packaged goods.

Possible Installations: Panel, Wall, Column, Desk
The indicators are approved in accordance with  the International recommendations OIML R76 and OIML R61.

On Request:

– USB port connectable to pen drive USB, external keyboard and barcode reader.

– Integrated output: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profibus DP, Profinet IO, Ethernet IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, CANopen or weight transmission via radio.

– Ethernet TCP/IP port  for remote management via internet from PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.

Laumas Launches Weighbridge Indicators

LAUMAS, the European leader in the design and production of weighing indicators and transmitters for load cells, presents the new range of WINOX table-top indicators, manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for the management of weighbridges. The two versions differ mainly for the type of display, series WINOX-BL (backlit LCD display) and series WINOX-BR(red LED display).

Here below we list the main functions of the new weighbridge weighing indicators:

double weighing (entry and exit), single weighing (entry or exit), double/single weighing with trailer, multiple weighing (weighing of multi-compartment trucks), open input weighs archive (max 254 weighs), trucks database with password (max 999 preset tare that can be stored and recalled), traffic light function, totals management to count material loaded/unloaded, customizable print header via PC.

Supported printers: Epson TM-U295, Epson LX300, Custom Kube II, Laumas STAVT; other models on request.

The WINOX BL/BR series allows to manage up to 3 ranges (multi range) and is approved in accordance with European Directives 2009/23/EC (NAWI) and the International recommendations OIML R76:2006.

PRISMA Supplies 08D3 Checkweigher With Chain and Infeed Screw For Food Products

PRISMA, leader in Checkweigher Systems supplied 08D3 systems equipped with modular chain conveyor and infeed screw to properly space and stabilise the products. The 08D3 Checkweigher is designed specifically to check food products in tins, jars and cans at high speeds.

The maximum capacity is 3200 g, accuracy from ± 0.5 g and production rate of 300 ppm makes it the most versatile checkweigher with chain conveyor and infeed screw.

The 08D3 Checkweigher is made entirely of stainless steel, it has an IP65 degree of protection and double load cell weighing system.
